A project commissioned by Dublin City Council to create a series of flags to be raised along the North and South Quays. As a motion designer, I was commissioned to create a moving image piece, but would also provide a static frame to be turned into an actual flag. The aim was to provide the people of Dublin with a balanced, yet positive outlook going forward into the COVID pandemic. There are still good things to be seen, even if there are bad things present.
